The Pandemic has changed the way we work. The Hybrid model is the new standard. Companies are trying to encourage their employees to work from the office, offering more collaborative and “homelike ” areas of interaction. Employees come back to the office to collaborate rather than to work alone. Most of our clients have embraced Hybrid working, allowing their staff to conduct most individual work at home while using the office to collaborate with colleagues.
